Describe the Lone Star College System?

  • Formerly North Harris Montgomery County Community College
  • District Provides freshman and sophomore courses as well as 2-year Associate Degrees
  • Comprised of five colleges and 7 satellite campuses
    • North Harris College
    • Cy-Fair College
    • Kingwood College
    • Montgomery College
    • Tomball College
  • Includes a University Center which offers junior and senior level as well as Master's level courses through cooperation with:
    • Prairie View A&M
    • Sam Houston University
    • Texas A&M

What are the election dates?

  • Early Voting - Monday, April 28 through Friday, May 2; 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Early Voting - Monday, May 5 through Tuesday, May 6; 7 AM to 7 PM
  • Election Day - Saturday, May 10; 7 AM to 7 PM

Where are the polling locations?

  • Go to www. lonestar. edu; click on the Bond Referendum for a listing of the Early Voting Locations and the Election Day Locations.
  • Most polling locations will be open in Montgomery County.
  • In Harris County many precincts are combined.
