Gail Stanart is actively involved in the political world
having just completed a term as President of Texas Tea Party
Republican Women; during her tenure it was named the fastest
growing Republican Women's club in the United States.
Gail was also named as one of TTPRW's honoree for the 2008
TFRW's Tribute to Women.

She is Precinct Chairman elect of Precinct 0451 and recently
served as Vice Chair of the Senate District 7 Convention. In
2006 she was Campaign Office Manager for Candidate Dan
Patrick, coordinating his very busy campaign office and the
dozens of volunteers who worked in and out of the office.
She continues working with both legislators and
candidates and is a member of C.L.O.U.T. She actively
supported the previous attempt to put an upper level
university system in north Harris County.
Gail has been associated with many different organizations
and businesses-as an employee and as a volunteer. Gail
currently serves on the Champions Colony III Homeowner's
Association Board and has served as Secretary. She was the
Office Manager for the construction of the Shell Research
Facility in West Houston. She helped build one of the most
successful Nationwide Insurance agencies in Texas. She
worked as a paralegal helping with the successful appeal to
the 14th Appellate Court as well as managing a two-man law
firm. She has coordinated up to 1000 volunteers for church
functions and organized the 250-member Christmas Tree choir
at Champion Forest Baptist Church where she has been an
active member for almost 20 years. She enjoys teaching Bible
studies both for her church, her community and for Community
Bible Study as well as traveling annually to Thailand to
work with children.
Gail availed herself of courses at Houston Community College
as have her stepsons at Lone Star College System. She is
married to Stan Stanart who is also deeply committed to
improving the education students receive in Harris County.
Stan is the Chief Technology Officer of the Harris County
Republican Party and continues his involvement in political
affairs even as he works for the Harris County Tax Office as
Associate Director of MIS. Stan has one son who graduated
from Texas A&M with a Masters in Accounting and has another
son who is currently enrolled at Texas A&M as a Political
Science major.
Gail is a Team Leader in Mary Kay Cosmetics and has actively
worked her business for over ten years. She reached the Red
Jacket level very quickly and has shared the beauty and
success principles taught by the company to hundreds of
customers.
Gail is deeply committed to her community and desires to
build greater opportunity for all members of the community
by strengthening and developing the great Lone Star College
System.
